Intranet
Utilizing Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Sites, I've designed multiple hubs for employees to access important information including department pages, benefit hubs, and a place for sales employees to access information about our annual global sales meeting.

Using WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform, I've created a personalized onboarding experience for new hires. From their desktops, they are able to view set-up guides, required training, and track their progress along the way.

Using email automation and engagement platforms, I've developed tailored ad hoc emails on behalf of subject matter experts, and newsletters designed to engage and inform employees. Check out some examples below:


Company All Hands, Fireside Chats, and Instructor-Led Training
I've led multiple company-wide and department specific meetings and learning programs designed to share information, drive process change, increase system adoption, and more.

Internal Podcasting
In a digital workplace, it's important to give employees different options to consume content. Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Notarize, I've developed a Podcast where employees can listen to audio readings of internal blogs written by our SLT to ensure they are able to digest important announcements and messaging in a way that works for them.

Using Prezi, I prepare monthly Internal Communications reports for the senior leadership team so they see how are campaigns, meetings, and messaging are performing.

Marketing Communications
